object x corps x temps

As part of the Objet ÷ Temps project, objet x corps x temps is a series of corporeal and theatrical workshops dedicated to exploring the dynamics and synergy residing in quotidian objects.
At first, the workshop planned to offer five sessions of three hours of classtime each at a progressive level. However, due to the pandemic, only three of the first sessions were eventually executed.
Guided by a professional instructor, Olmo Hidalgo, the students of ENSCI first explored their corporeal expressions by applying the texture of materials to their movement. During the third session, the students were asked to manipulate several ordinary objects and develop a collective improvisation — where the object, the body, and time were able to converse lively.
